Why was my Action Draft contest entry voided?

Your action draft entry will have been voided for one of two reasons. If your team was auto drafted (meaning the pick timer ran out on all of your picks) then your contest entry will automatically be voided. In addition, your entry will be voided you drafted alongside CPUs and weren't pooled with other human drafted teams before your draft's slate of games started.

Why must I disclose my address to verify my account?

Your address is a verification parameter needed to properly validate your identity. This is required in order to confirm your eligibility for real-money activity on our platform.

What happens if my I.D. verification is denied?

Can I use a credit or debit card for deposits and withdrawals?

You can use your Visa credit or debit card to deposit money into your BettorFantasy account.
