  • What states can I use cash to enter contests in?
    We currently offer cash contests in the following states: Alaska, California, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
  • Where/how do I place a real-money entry?
    Within the home page of the application, users will need to select at least two over/under selections in order to be eligible for a real-money roster entry and for it to appear on the submission screen. You will be prompted to select either BettorCoins, or Real-Money before submitting your entry-fee amount on the final screen, and this is where a user will be asked to check for their eligibility to submit a real-money entry.
  • What happens to my entry if a player does not play?
    If a player does not play, your entry will be voided upon completion of the game the player was supposed to be included in. This will happen automatically, and your buy-in will be returned immediately.
  • Can I cancel an entry that I already made?
    All entries for pools and rosters are final once they have been submitted.
  • Why must my roster have players from at least 2 teams?
    This is a restriction under DFS regulation that only allows entries to be made for combinations including at least 2 different teams.
  • Can I use a cash buy-in for single player props?
    Not at this time. Our cash buy-ins are reserved for roster entries of 2-5 players.
  • What NFL player props do you offer?
    Pass Yards: The total amount of passing yards the player had during the game. Completions: The total amount of passing completions the player had during the game. Rush Yards: The total amount of rushing yards the player had during the game. Rush Att: The total number of rushing attempts the player had during the game. Rec Yards: The total number of receiving yards the player had during the game. Receptions: The total number of receptions the player had during the game. Pass Att: The total number of passing attempts the player had during the game Long Pass: The longest passing play the player had during the game. Long Rush: The longest rushing play the player had during the game. Long Rec: The longest receiving play the player had during the game. Targets: The total number of targets the player had during the game.
  • What is BettorFantasy?
    BettorFantasy is a new DFS app! We let users sync their fantasy leagues and pick who they think will win the matchups. When you get enough picks right, you can cash out in the shop for gift cards and even donate some of the winnings to charity. Our DFS features can be found in the home tab.
  • How do I obtain tax documents?
    Tax documents will be sent out at the end of the year of the current year, after ID verification is successfully completed, to users who won in excess of $600 year to date.
  • Can I pull an activity statement?
    We will be sending activity statements by request only at this time, so all users will need to email support@bettorfantasy.com in order to retrieve one.
  • How do I become a brand ambassador?
    If you love fantasy sports as much as we do, we'd love for you to join our ambassador team! Please reach out to support@bettorfantasy.com if you're interested.
  • Can I create multiple BettorFantasy accounts?
    Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts. Sharing account information is also prohibited and will result in the account(s) being deactivated.
  • Why do I need to disclose my address?
    Your address is a verification parameter needed to properly validate your identity. This is required in order to confirm a users eligibility for real-money activity on our platform.
  • Why am I ineligible for real-money activity?
    You will be prompted at the time of the eligibility verification process with the reason as to why you are marked as ineligible. If you have further questions, please contact our support team - support@bettorfantasy.com
  • What happens if my address is denied?
    If your address is denied and you believe you have entered it accurately, please contact support@bettorfantasy.com to manually verify your identity.
  • How do I verify my account for real money activity?
    You can begin the process of verification by heading to your profile section and clicking on the "verify my account section".
  • Where do I view my account settings?
    All users can obtain their account information within the "Account" tab of the toolbar. Here, a user will be able to change their username, reset their password, amend their email address, etc.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Head to the "Account" section on the bottom toolbar. From there, scroll to the bottom and you'll see the option to delete your BettorFantasy account.
  • How do I add funds to my account?
    To add funds, log-in and click on the wallet icon in the top right corner of the screen. Then, click the green "Add Funds" button. From there, you'll select your deposit amount and be taken to our banking partner's page to link your bank account. Once that's completed, hit deposit and you'll be all set!
  • How do I know if a deposit has gone through?
    After you submit a deposit, you will be brought to a screen that confirms that a transaction has either been approved or failed. An email will also be sent confirming the same simultaneously.
  • What are BettorCoins?
    BettorCoins are our in-game currency. You'll use your BettorCoins to make picks and then spend them in the shop on awesome rewards!
  • How do I set deposit limits on my account?
    Deposit limit requests are submitted upon request via email to support@bettorfantasy.com, and will take up to 24-48 hours to be implemented.
  • Can I use someone else's form of payment to deposit?
    All forms of payment must be under the same name used during your eligibility verification. If you attempt to submit a payment from a card or account under the name of another individual, it will be declined immediately.
  • Can I apply a usage limit after I have deposited?
    Unique usage limits cannot be implemented at this time, but the daily usage limit is up to $20 per day per user.
  • Why am I being told I’ve reached my deposit limit?
    If you are receiving a notification that a deposit limit has been reached, that means you have either deposited more than $100 on the day, $500 on the week, or $1,000 on the month.
  • How will I know if a deposit is being held up?
    All users will receive an email confirming if a deposit has be successful or not. This will occur immediately following the attempt for deposit.
  • What happens if a deposit is flagged by OFAC?
    In the event a deposit is flagged by OFAC, an investigation will take place between BettorFantasy and their payment processing merchant confirming the details of the flagged transaction. User funds held in OFAC will not be returned in the event the transaction is related to criminal activity.
  • Is it possible for BettorFantasy to access my bank account directly?
    BettorFantasy will never have access to a user's bank account directly. Bank Account details are will only be accessed by BettorFantasy's payment processing groups through a safe and secure connection.
  • How do I remove a credit card in my account?
    When attempting to deposit funds to your BettorFantasy account, you will have the opportunity to add or remove a card to your account upon your deposit request. You will be prompted by a screen confirming a card has been removed.
  • How long do withdrawals take?
    Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours to be fully processed. If you do not see a withdrawal processed and fully settled in your payment account of choice, please contact support@bettorfantasy.com immediately.
  • How do I submit a withdrawal request?
    Withdrawal requests can be submitted within your BettorWallet, which can be located by tapping your account balance at the top righthand side of your screen. After you select "Withdrawal", you will be prompted to enter the amount you want to withdraw, which will default to the original source of deposit.
  • How do I cancel a withdrawal request?
    All withdrawal requests submitted are final. If you have concerns about a withdrawal requested submitted, please contact support@bettorfantasy.com.
  • What happens if my withdrawal request is denied?
    If a withdrawal request is denied, you will be prompted to a screen with an error message identifying the issue as a result of the rejection. Please contact support@bettorfantasy.com if there are concerns about a denied request.
  • Where do I view my net activity/account balance?
    Net Activity details will be available within your BettorWallet, as option to select once you tap on your account balance.
  • Is there a minimum withdraw amount?
    There is no minimum withdraw amount. Please note that if your available balance is less than $10, you must withdraw the full balance remaining in your Bettor Wallet.
