Welcome back to week 2 of NBA prop bets on BettorFantasy. This week I will be giving all of you a handful of bets that will help you win some money. This week will feature the Charlotte Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Philadelphia 76ers. With that being said let’s get into them.
For this Tuesday, I want to mention LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets. The Hornets are currently leading the NBA in points per game with 114.3 and are second in the NBA for assists per game with 27.3. The Hornets are simply a playmaking team. They are very athletic and prevail in the transition offense. For my bets on the Hornets, I will be focusing on LaMelo Ball. LaMelo Ball averages 19.7 points per game and is coming off a 24-point game against the San Antonio Spurs. LaMelo Ball is a very efficient scorer shooting about 42% from the field. At the point guard position, he is very offensively savvy and knows how to score, so expect him to get shots up and put the ball in the basket. Another LaMelo prop bet is under 7.5 assists. In his past 5 games, he put up 7 assists just twice. His overall season average is below 7.5, so I fully expect him to get over 4 assists, but I do not think he will cover the over 7.5 mark. Expect LaMelo to be in scoring mode Tuesday night, especially against a good defensive Nets team.
Another Tuesday prop bet I want to give to you is Giannis Antetokuonmpo over 32.5 points. Giannis has been on a tear this entire season and is in the race for MVP. Across his last 3 games, he has put up over 20 points and 13 rebounds in each game as well as picking up the W. He is a complete game changer and once he gets hot, he really doesn’t cool off. He is playing against Oklahoma City who lacks a paint presence. Giannis lives in the paint. Knowing that expect him to get to the rim early and often. He had a 50-point game recently, and I could see it happening again in today’s game. I would bet a lot of money on the Giannis points over and I 100% expect him to hit.
Finally, for Thursday’s game, I am betting the over on Joel Embiid's rebounds. They will be playing the Nets, James Harden's old team. Joel is also a candidate for MVP and rightfully deserves to be. He averages over 11 rebounds a game and I don’t see him not attacking the glass against Andre Drummond, his former teammate, and is notorious for having big games against, and the Nets. Philadelphia wants to win this game and I expect Embiid to play very hard. This bet is free money to me as Joel dominates on both ends of the glass. Expect a big defensive and hustle game from Embiid this Thursday.
